Yennadon Cottage

A small flight of steps leads to the first-floor open-plan living area, filled with light and character thanks to the vaulted ceiling. Deep, comfortable sofas and armchairs invite you to sink in after a day exploring South Devon, while the cosy log burner adds warmth on cooler evenings. A modern flat-screen television provides entertainment, and stairs with an integral gate lead down to the ground-floor bedrooms, ensuring a safe environment for little ones.

The modern compact kitchen area includes a dining table seating four, making it simple to enjoy a relaxed breakfast or dinner together. The space is well-equipped for casual meals with fresh local produce or for a more leisurely evening of cooking and conversation.

Bedroom One
A standard double with space for a cot, featuring an en-suite shower room with WC and basin.

Bedroom Two
A spacious twin bedroom with room for one or even two cots, perfect for children or additional family members. For an extra charge, we may be able to occasionally accommodate a temporary bed if needed.

The main bathroom includes a bath with shower over, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail. Both the shower room and the modern family bathroom were fully refurbished in December 2024, combining modern comfort with a clean, stylish aesthetic.

French doors from the living area open onto the enclosed, decked roof terrace, complete with rattan table and chairs. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy summer evenings with a barbecue, a glass of wine, or simply to take in the sweeping views across the grounds to distant Dartmoor.
