Bed three, small twin room, with two 2′ 6″ single beds; there is room for a cot but its a little tight!
Bed four, compact twin with L-shaped cabin beds, suitable for under 12s only. If the lower level bed is not in use, the mattress can be removed along with the bed base and the cot can be placed in the bed frame. (Please give us notice if you would like this option). Not suitable for a cot when both beds in use.
