The central L-shaped island unit with hanging pan rack, pine dresser, and dining table makes it perfect for cooking and gathering for meals. Coffee lovers can bring compatible Nespresso pods for the Magimix milk coffee machine. These can be purchased from Amazon here. A substantial utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, and drying area sits just off the kitchen.
The formal dining room (5m x 5m) is a splendid space for meals together, seating up to 14 guests, with a mahogany extending table and chairs, open fireplace, polished wooden floors, French chandelier, and even a magical antique rocking horse for children’s imaginative play.

Bedroom Three – Smaller bedroom (3.5m x 3m) with two single beds. Can be made into super king on request.
Bedroom Four – Large light room (5m x 4m) with Victorian-style wrought iron super king bed, sash windows to two sides, overlooking the grounds.
Bedroom Five – Spacious room (4.4m x 4m) with king-size mahogany sleigh bed, room for a cot, cast iron fireplace, and views of the grounds.
Bedroom Six – Smaller downstairs bedroom (3m x 3m) with two single beds.
A substantial wooden cot (121cm x 60cm) is available for upstairs use.
A snug on the ground floor, with shuttered windows to the back garden, provides a perfect den or chill-out space for children. It includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a wide selection of games and DVDs for all ages.

Two EV charging points are located in the parking area; guests should bring their own charging cable and arrange payment in advance, at booking. Parking for 2–3 cars is directly in front of the house, with further space available in the general parking area.
Oil fired central heating and hot water throughout.
One substantial and traditional, wooden (assembled) cot is available in this property, please bring our own linen. Additional pop up style travel cots available by prior arrangement.
Temporary Baby Dan stair gate available to fit onto the base of stairs.
