Deep, comfy sofas and armchairs, cosy log burner with a modern, flat-screen, smart TV and lots of space to spread out. French doors to small standing balcony and wonderful views over the grounds, tennis court and Devon countryside.
Stairs up to mezzanine over living area, makes great play area or adult refuge. Integral stair gate at top of the flight of stairs. Single sofa bed, sleeps one.
Good size kitchen with ample working space. Dining table seats 6/8.
Bed one, small sized double bed, built-in and accessed from one side only. Compact room, with no space for cot. Cosy and comfortable but not for very tall adults!
Bed two, A double room with twin beds, can be pushed together, with space for cot. En-suite shower room and WC, with hand basin in the bedroom. French doors to large, ground floor patio (lockable by key).
Bed three, small twin room with L-shaped cabin beds, suitable for under 12s only. No real room for a cot; but one will fit in, at a tight squeeze (may not be possible to close the door). Other beds in the room not then usable.
Open plan mezzanine, above living area, has a single sofa bed, suitable for an adult or older child. (If hoping to use the sofa bed, please let us know when making the booking).
Compact bathroom, with bath, shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. En-suite shower room in the larger twin room. Fully centrally heated, underfloor heating.
Patio accessed from twin bedroom at ground floor level, with fabulous views of the surrounding Devon hills to Dartmoor beyond, and with direct access to the grounds and tennis court. Wooden picnic bench and Weber BBQ available. Parking in general parking area behind the cottages.
