Large, enclosed porch with generous storage for coats and wellies. Light, extremely spacious open plan living area with vaulted, beamed roof. Plenty of room for adults and children to spread out, with all the toys. Cosy log burner, with chic, comfy sofas and armchairs and flat screen TV. French doors to private terrace , via three steps, and lovely views over the grounds and the Devon countryside beyond.
Generous open plan kitchen within living area, well equipped for larger groups. Large island unit with hob & oven. Fabulous views over the grounds and tennis court from the arched kitchen window. Large refectory style light oak dining table, chairs and bench, seating 10/12. Stairs down to lower floor and bedrooms, with integral stair gate at top.
Bed one, super king size double; room for cot. Ensuite with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bed two, standard double, room for cot. Ensuite with shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Bed three, small twin room, with two 2' 6" single beds; room for a cot if one of the beds is not in use (remove mattress and slatted bed base, and place cot within the bed frame).
Bed four, compact twin with L-shaped cabin beds, suitable for under 12s only. If the lower level bed is not in use, the mattress can be removed and a cot placed on the bed base. A security bar keeps the cot safe (stored underneath the cabin beds). Not suitable for a cot when both beds in use.
Bathroom with shower over, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail plus en-suites, with showers and loos, to both double bedrooms.
Large, private terrace with fab views over Devon countryside, wooden dining furniture and built-in BBQ. Secret sun deck with relaxing Adirondack style bear chair loungers. Private pathway to indoor swimming pool via flight of gently sloping steps. Private driveway with parking area outside property.
Underfloor heating first floor, conventional oil fired radiators ground floor.
