Enjoyed crabbing at Dittisham...The boys have played lots of tennis and Faye loved playing in the grounds with the other little girls. And we have all slept like logs."

Living: Small flight of steps to entrance opening to a compact open plan living/dining area. Deep, comfy sofa and three armchairs, with cosy log burner. Dining: Sleek, compact, U-shaped kitchen area; dining table, with chairs and benches, seating 6.Stairs to ground floor bedrooms, with integral stair gate at top. Sleeping: Bed one, spacious room, with super king bed and space for cot. Doors to small patio. Ensuite shower room, with WC, small hand basin and heated towel rail. Bed two, compact room, twin beds, no space for a cot, unless one of the beds is not in use. It is possible to remove the mattresses and bed slats and place a cot within the bed frame/s. Bed three, compact room, twin L-shaped cabin beds, suitable for under 12s only. Space for a cot if neither of the beds are in use. Bathing: Bathroom with shower over, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Ensuite shower room in double bedroom. Fully centrally heated throughout, with underfloor heating. Outdoors: French doors from dining/sitting room to decked roof terrace with picnic bench and lovely views over the grounds and surrounding hills. Wall-mounted BBQ. Parking in general parking area behind the cottage.
